The Entry Writer reports to the 英雄联盟竞猜决赛v7.0 安卓版 Customs Brokerage Supervisor. This role will primarily possess key skills and experience which include knowledge of international import transportation including but not limited to:

Essential Duties & Functional Responsibilities Required  

Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities

  • Performing tasks safely

  • Meets attendance & punctuality standards

  • Check Dashboard for the entry of the day
  • Accurate data entry to clear customs
  • Upload ACE Release to eDoc.
  • Update Frt. Release on CargoWise
  • Entering and transmitting ISFs (Importer Security Filing) for ocean shipments
  • Classifying commodities per client import portfolio with appropriate recordkeeping
  • Entering data of client shipment detail and updating shipment information and/or status
  • Working closely with customers, colleagues and third parties to ensure smooth operations to deadlines
  • Maintaining communication and control through all phases of the file
  • Resolving customer issues, handling and solving incidents (e.g. disputes)
  • Preparing Customs entries, including HTS classification, data input, and brokerage only invoicing
  • Preparing and filing of ACH statements
  • Communicating with Customs and Other Government agencies to ensure accurate compliance
  • Assisting import operations and performing other duties as assigned by the Manager
  • Additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions  

Previous Work Experience

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Customer Service
  • Minimum 1 years’ data entry  

  Education and Certifications  

  • High School diploma/GED
  • Equivalent work experience will be considered  

Experience Requirements and Preferences  

  • Proven strong business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Minimum 2 years operational freight forwarding experience preferred
  • Effective, clear, and concise communication skills
  • Detail oriented with ability to solve problems independently as well as in a team environment
  • Demonstrated experience interacting, developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Proven success in and improving quality, service, safety and client relationship in a fast-paced high-pressure setting
  • Ability to understand any and all safety requirements and regulations (OSHA)
  • Ability to pass all TSA background requirements
  • Knowledge of ISF filing
  • Ability to work flexible hours according to business needs
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Fluency in English
  • Must pass and criminal background check

·         Ability to read, analyze and interpret Excel spreadsheets

·         Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints and maintain confidentiality.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Ninety percent of the work time will be spent in an office setting where the environment is climate controlled.  Ten percent of work time may be spent in various warehouse or other locations where the environment is not climate controlled (hot and cold seasonally).
